Meet Dr. Kendall Earley

Dr. Kendall Earley is a passionate and motivated occupational therapist dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered care to children and their families. Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Kendall earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2017 and her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University in 2020. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Chatham University.

Dr. Kendall brings creativity, energy, and compassion to her work and believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach that meets each child exactly where they are. She has a diverse background across multiple pediatric settings, including early intervention, schools, outpatient clinics, and an autism clinic, where she served as the lead therapist. Her experience also extends to a teen mental health summer camp and nursing homes, giving her a well-rounded perspective on care across the lifespan.

She has worked extensively with children with a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD/ADD, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorder, developmental delays, fine motor challenges, feeding difficulties, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Her early roles as a lead pre-kindergarten teacher, activities aide, and one-on-one mentor for teens with autism helped shape her understanding of meaningful, strengths-based intervention.

Dr. Kendall is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and is committed to ongoing professional growth through collaboration and learning new evidence-based techniques. She thrives on building strong, trusting relationships with families to create engaging, effective, and individualized treatment plans that empower children to reach their full potential.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Kendall enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, exploring her surroundings, and participating in community events that support and uplift others.
